Even though West Logan Christian Academy scored an imposing 59 points on Friday, Greater Beckley Christian still came out on top. Greater Beckley Christian sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 61-59 win over West Logan Christian Academy.
Among those leading the charge was Kellan Heffernan, who scored 23 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Averyk Woodson, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Webster County didn't have too much trouble with Roane County on the road on Tuesday as they won 52-35. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Webster County.
