Southside Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 38-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of Open Bible Christian.

Meanwhile, Victory Christian Academy entered their tilt with Crossroads Christian Academy with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Victory Christian Academy secured a 27-22 W over Crossroads Christian Academy on Friday.
Southside Christian's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-6. As for Victory Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.
Southside Christian beat Victory Christian Academy 44-33 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Southside Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
