On Friday, Glidden-Ralston were out to avenge their 25-26 defeat to Coon Rapids-Bayard from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Glidden-Ralston took a 28-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of Coon Rapids-Bayard. The defeat was a vexing one since Glidden-Ralston were expected to win based on their state ranking.
The loss dropped Glidden-Ralston's record to 5-2. The victory bumped Coon Rapids-Bayard's record up to 4-3.
Next week Glidden-Ralston take on Audubon at 7:00 PM. Audubon have averaged 58.6 points over the course of their past four games, so Glidden-Ralston might be in for a challenge. As for Coon Rapids-Bayard, they will face off against CAM. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Coon Rapids-Bayard and CAM will really light up the scoreboard.
