Lockney's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dahlen Silva, who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dyllan Thiebaud, who scored 9 points along with 9 rebounds and 6 steals.
Lockney now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Whiteface, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Lockney will be playing in front of their home fans against Roosevelt at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whiteface, they will head out on the road to face off against Sundown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sundown comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
