Palm Valley has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 33 points or more this season. They took their game at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 65-9 victory over Joshua Springs Christian. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 36-2.
Palm Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Alex Ratner, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 17 rebounds. Ratner set a new season high mark in assists with five. Rory O'Kane was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, Weaver was able to grind out a solid win over Joshua Springs Christian last Tuesday, taking the game 36-24.
Palm Valley's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Weaver, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
