Jhordany Barcenas was his usual excellent self, scoring 17 points along with five rebounds and four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Rio Lindo Adventist's points. Hunter McNunn was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five steals.
Rio Lindo Adventist's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Trinity Prep, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.
Rio Lindo Adventist will take on Bakersfield Adventist at 7:20 p.m. on Wednesday. Trinity Prep on the road again on Monday and play against Pacific Union College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on January 29th.
