The Twin Valley Wildcats lost against the Woodstock Wasps back in February of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Twin Valley took a 61-45 bruising from Woodstock.
When it comes to explaining why Twin Valley lost, one person who can't be blamed is Noah Dornburgh. Despite the final result, he scored 21 points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Brown, who scored 11 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Twin Valley's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Woodstock, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Twin Valley will face off against Long Trail at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Long Trail will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. Woodstock's road trip will continue as they head out to face Windsor at 2:30 p.m. on January 20th.
