Mexico can't be too worried about heading out to take on North Callaway: they just beat Moberly at home, who had been dominant on their own field up to that point. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Spartans on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Bulldogs have posted against the Spartans since May 10, 2021.
Sam Ryan was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Landon Hilderman, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

North Callaway's win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-2. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Mexico, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-11 record this season.
Both Mexico and North Callaway just can't seem to miss. The Bulldogs have been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.1 hits per game. However, it's not like North Callaway struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 4.5 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Mexico took their win against North Callaway in their previous meeting back in April by a conclusive 15-2 score. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Thunderbirds have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
