Jackson South Side were outperformed in the second half 3-7 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the contest. The win bumped their record up to 2-0. The loss dropped Chester County's record to 0-1.
Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Next week, Jackson South Side take on Obion County at 7:00 PM. Chester County will look to defend their home turf next week against McNairy Central at 7:00 PM.
