Calvert is 0-6 against North Point since January of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Calvert Cavaliers will be playing in front of their home fans against the North Point Eagles at 6:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses apiece.
Calvert suffered their biggest defeat since December 11, 2023 on Friday. They were dealt a 65-31 defeat at the hands of Lackey. Calvert has not had much luck with Lackey recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Meanwhile, North Point came up short against Great Mills on Friday and fell 58-47.
The losing side was boosted by Collin Farmer, who scored 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Deante Travers, who scored four points.
Calvert bumped their record down to 2-11 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for North Point, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
Calvert was dealt a bruising 91-60 loss at the hands of North Point when the teams last played back in January of 2023. Thankfully for Calvert, Andre Brooks (who scored 27 points along with six rebounds and six steals) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
