Cathedral will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Arcadia in at 4:00 PM. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Cathedral had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They steamrollered Banning 41-0.
Meanwhile, Arcadia took care of business in their home opener. They blew past La Salle 26-0.
Their wins bumped Cathedral to 1-0 and Arcadia to 1-0. With both Cathedral and Arcadia swaggering in after impressive performances, it will be interesting to see which team steps up to teach the other some humility.
