The Fayetteville Bulldogs put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Har-Ber 56-28 at home. The result was nothing new for Fayetteville, who have now won eight matches by 21 points or more so far this season.
When it comes to explaining why Har-Ber lost, one person who can't be blamed is Braden Sprague. Despite the final result, he threw for 267 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a rushing score. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Curry, who picked up 135 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Fayetteville's victory was their fifth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 10-0. As for Har-Ber, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
Fayetteville will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Conway at 7:00 p.m. on November 17th. One thing working in Conway's favor is that they have now posted big point totals every time they've taken the field this season. As for Har-Ber, they will head out on the road to face off against Cabot at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
