After soaring to 35 points the game before, Pittsville faltered in their contest last Friday. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 7-34 punch to the gut against Almond-Bancroft last Friday. Pittsville's loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Flambeau, and their matchup last Friday only extended their streak of losses to six. They have to be aching after a bruising 24-48 defeat to Pepin/Alma.
