Basketball Recap: Cameron Graham Key Part of a Team Effort in Wolves Win

While Timber Creek didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. Everything went their way against the Lake Buena Vista Vipers on Thursday as the Timber Creek Wolves made off with a 59-36 victory. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 23 points or more this season.

Timber Creek's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cameron Graham, who posted ten points along with six rebounds and five assists. Those six boards gave Graham a new career-high. Noah Taylor was another key player, going 5 of 10 on his way to 11 points.

Graham wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Timber Creek was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lake Buena Vista only posted four assists.

Despite the loss, Lake Buena Vista still got an impressive performance from Ronaldo Alcantara, who had 15 points.

Timber Creek has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.7 points. As for Lake Buena Vista, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Timber Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 44-32 win against Wekiva on the 13th. As for Lake Buena Vista, they will host East Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Lake Buena Vista is facing East Ridge at the right time seeing as East Ridge is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
