Silver Lake won against Perry-Lecompton on Tuesday with ten runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. Silver Lake came out on top in a nail-biter against Perry-Lecompton, sneaking past 10-8. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Kaws recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Silver Lake's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Perry-Lecompton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Silver Lake will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hiawatha at 4:30 p.m. on April 14. As for Perry-Lecompton, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Santa Fe Trail at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
