Brandon Valley extended the longest winning streak in Eastern South Dakota this week by beating Riggs, 41-17. This was the team's 10th consecutive win.
Brandon Valley led the league in scoring this week after putting up 41 points on the Governors.
Brookings' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bobcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Kaleb Vig has thrown for 976 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Zach Page has 39 catches for 319 yards. Mikey Daniel leads the league in rushing with 885 yards.
Brookings made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 5,991 from 6,351. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 48-0 victory over the Bobcats last week.
