The Show Low Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season. They blew past Dishchii'bikoh 74-23 at home. The victory was nothing new for Show Low as they're now sitting on three straight.
Show Low's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mason Bigos, who scored 13 points. Bigos continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kegan Kobzowicz, who scored ten points.
Show Low pushed their record up to 12-3 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points per game. As for Dishchii'bikoh, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Show Low won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Kingman Academy at 2:00 p.m. on January 5th. As for Dishchii'bikoh, they will head out on the road to face off against Joseph City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Joseph City focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 last Friday.
