Soccer Recap: Wasilla Wins Going Away Against West Valley

West Valley kept up with Wasilla until halftime on Saturday, but afterwards: not so much. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Wolf Pack. Considering Wasilla have won six matches by more than three goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit West Valley with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Mylee Anderson, Makenna Hanson, Violet Schachle, and Lainey Kroon.

Wasilla has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2-1 record this season. As for West Valley, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-3-1.

Coincidentally, Wasilla and West Valley will both be playing Lathrop the next time they take the pitch. The Wolf Pack will head out to face the Malemutes at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Warriors will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
