The Brandon Valley Lynx had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.5 points), and they went ahead and made it 11 on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lincoln 69-24 at home. Brandon Valley's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Brandon Valley found their leader in underclassman Ava Kellenberger, who scored 15 points along with two steals. Another player making a difference was Kennedi Deckert, who scored eight points along with two steals.
Something new happened on Saturday as London Geiver saw her first action of the season, playing seven minutes against Lincoln. Geiver made the most of the opportunity, scoring six points. A few more games like that and she might be seeing even more time going forward.
Brandon Valley pushed their record up to 12-3 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Lincoln, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-16.
