The Edgemont Moguls lost against the Wall Eagles back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Edgemont was beaten by Wall 77-17. Edgemont was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-6.
Despite the loss, Edgemont still got an impressive performance from Sebastian Morse, who scored 9 points along with 5 rebounds.
This is the second loss in a row for Edgemont and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Wall, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edgemont will take on Morrill at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Morrill focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Saturday. As for Wall, they will head out on the road to face off against Custer at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
