Bowles has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Mauryana Dasilva, who went 5-for-9 to rack up 14 points and eight steals.
Cuero's win bumped their record up to 30-6. As for Wimberley, their defeat dropped their record down to 25-9.
Cuero didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 56-29 victory against Sinton on the 18th. Wimberley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
