Despite the defeat, Central Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Josiah Riggins went 8 for 20 on his way to 22 points and five rebounds. Riggins is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Corian Walker, who posted five points in addition to eight boards and three steals.

Even though they lost, Central Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in three consecutive matchups.

Indiana Math & Science Academy North's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Spencer Turner, who went 12 of 22 on his way to 27 points and four steals. With that strong performance, Turner is now averaging an impressive 2.2 steals per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Xzavion Collins, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine steals.

Central Christian Academy's record is now 0-7. As for Indiana Math & Science Academy North, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2.
