After flying high against Colby  on Tuesday, Cimarron came back down to earth. The Bluejays fell just short of the Eagles by a score of  3-2 on Tuesday. The Bluejays were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won  8-0.

 Cimarron saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Trace Kopper, who  went 1-for-3 with two  stolen bases. Kopper is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last four games he's  played. Another  was  Adonis Batman, who  went 2-for-3 with one  stolen base and one  run.
Cimarron's loss dropped their record down to 11-7-2. As for Colby, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cimarron will challenge Bucklin at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Colby, they will take on Holcomb on Thursday.
