Despite the loss, Lincoln saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Mason Volzer shot 53% from the field en route to 34 points and eight boards. Volzer is on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 46% in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Triton Cox, who posted ten points and eight rebounds.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mira Loma to victory, but perhaps none more so than Daniel Deenjalba, who went 9-for-16 on his way to 22 points. Thanks to that strong game, Deenjalba now owns an excellent 45.4% shooting accuracy. Jacob Pacia was another key player, shooting 78% from the field to rack up 15 points along with eight assists and six boards.
Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 9-18. As for Mira Loma, the win got them back to even at 14-14.
