If The Juanita Ravens were feeling good off their 41-0 takedown of the Mercer Island Islanders last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The game between Juanita and Auburn Riverside wasn't particularly close, with Juanita falling 28-9. Having soared to a lofty 41 points in the game before, Juanita couldn't push the score so high this time.
It was another big night for Thyrou Umi-Tuato'o, who rushed for 102 yards and two touchdowns. Cole Svendsen also helped out with an impressive 109 receiving yards.
Auburn Riverside's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Leading the way was Jordan Hefa and his two sacks.
Juanita's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Auburn Riverside, their victory was their fifth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-3.
Juanita does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Auburn Riverside also has no future games currently scheduled.
