Glenbard East is a perfect 5-0 against Naperville Central since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Rams will challenge the Redhawks at 7:00 p.m. Naperville Central took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Glenbard East, who comes in off a win.

Glenbard East took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Riverside-Brookfield 2-1.

Glenbard East had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-16, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Naperville Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to Argo.

Glenbard East pushed their record up to 12-9 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Naperville Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-13.

Glenbard East skirted past Naperville Central 2-1 when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Redhawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
