It was a good run, but the Dymally Challengers unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of View Park by a score of 52-49. Dymally has struggled against View Park recently, as their matchup on Saturday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Several Challengers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jermaine Whitten, who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nyzear Hamby, who scored 12 points.
Dymally's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for View Park, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.
Dymally will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Harbor Teacher at 2:30 p.m. on January 10th. Harbor Teacher is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. View Park will take on Hawkins at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
