Basketball Recap: Bridgeport Extends Winning Streak to Four

Bridgeport extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Anna Green. The Bridgeport Bulls really took it to the Lake Worth Bullfrogs for the full four quarters, racking up a 65-27 victory thanks in part to Green, who made all 6 shots she took to post 17 points along with seven boards and three blocks. She is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for four straight games.

Gracie Rodriguez was another key player, putting up six points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. She has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 11 times she's played.

Lake Worth lost on Tuesday despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jaqueline Cleveland, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine boards.

Bridgeport has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points per game. As for Lake Worth, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-11.
