Mater Academy Charter has not had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
When it comes to explaining why Mater Academy Charter lost, one person who can't be blamed is Chris Proensa. Despite the final result, he scored ten points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Proensa has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Ethan Davis, who scored five points along with two steals.
American Heritage's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Dia Bell, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dhiran Nara, who scored 12 points.
