Basketball Recap: Jonah Wipf Key Part of a Team Effort in Lions Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Florida Baptist Academy, Aletheia Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They snuck past the Central Christian Saints with a 56-51 victory. For the Lions, this counts as revenge for the 63-41 win the Saints walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Aletheia Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jonah Wipf, who went 6 for 15 on his way to 17 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kendrick Williamson, who posted 12 points.
