Lemoore is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Ridgeview is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Tigers will host the Wolf Pack at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lemoore will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
On Tuesday, Lemoore needed a bit of extra time to put away Sierra Pacific. They walked away with an 11-8 victory over the Golden Bears. While the Tigers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-19-1), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Lemoore got a massive performance out of Jazlyn Guzman, who went 2-for-5 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs. The dominant performance also gave Guzman a new career-high in RBI (three). Caylee Weber was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Lemoore lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, after only two runs in their last matchup, Ridgeview made sure to put some runs up on the board against Del Oro on Wednesday. The Wolf Pack put the hurt on the Suns with a sharp 22-3 win. The Wolf Pack might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by seven runs or more this season.
Valeria Perez was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more hits the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Sofia Ramirez, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Ridgeview's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Lemoore, their win bumped their record up to 8-3-1.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Lemoore has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.1 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Ridgeview struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Lemoore couldn't quite get it done against Ridgeview when the teams last played back in March of 2017 as they fell 6-3. Will the Tigers have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other softball content.
