Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
In other batting news, Oscar Tovar was excellent, going 1-for-3 with three runs and one RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high.
Dobson's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-19. As for Westwood, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.
