Mater Bay Academy came out on top against Downtown Doral on Thursday thanks in part to Gabriel Sosin's efforts. Sosin wasn't messing around, getting on base in two of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases. The contest was also his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Sosin and Mater Bay Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Coral Shores at 3:00 p.m. on April 2nd. The Rays had to take a loss when they last met the Hurricanes, but Sosin had little to do with the loss: he got no hits from his three at bats. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
