While losing is never fun, Warsaw can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 215th, while Osceola is ranked 92nd).
Warsaw's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Noah Siebert, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. The contest was Siebert's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Logan Gemes, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Warsaw has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Osceola, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
Warsaw will head out on the road to face off against Hermitage at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Osceola, they will be playing at home against Stockton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
