If the Worth County Rams were feeling good off their 62-24 takedown of the Lanier County Bulldogs last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Worth County suffered a tough 70-50 defeat at the hands of Fitzgerald on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Worth County has suffered yet this season.
Several Rams players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jariah Williams, who scored 12 points along with seven assists and seven steals. Williams hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Breonna Jackson, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
