The Anton Bulldogs have not had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They escaped with a win on Friday against Cotton Center by the margin of a single free throw, 1-0. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Anton has scored all season.
Anton's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. As for Cotton Center, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.
Anton will head out on the road to face off against Dawson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cotton Center will be home for the holidays to greet Non Varsity Opponent at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
