Community extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 8-10-1. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Caddo Mills Foxes a 6-0 shutout. The Braves might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

As for Caddo Mills, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-2-1 record. The matchup marked the first time this year in which they were not able to get on the board.

For Caddo Mills' part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luke Westmoreland, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Looking ahead, Community will host Sunnyvale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders' pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so the Braves' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Caddo Mills, they will square off against Farmersville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
