The Canton Little Giants stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 58-36 margin over Limestone. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Canton has posted since December 16, 2023.
Canton was led to victory by Allison Wheeler and Ella Demler. Wheeler scored 15 points along with three steals, while Demler scored 14 points along with six assists and six rebounds. Demler has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Brooklyn Dennis was another key contributor, scoring six points along with five steals.
Canton has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for Limestone, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-12.

Washington presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Limestone in Illinois (Washington is ranked 31st, while Limestone is ranked 153rd).
