The Sacred Heart Knights won against the Rossville Bulldogs on Tuesday with 65 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Sacred Heart took down Rossville 65-49. The win was just business as usual for Sacred Heart, who after three games remain undefeated this season.
Rossville's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jack Donovan, who scored 15 points along with 7 rebounds. The game was Donovan's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Cameron Miller, who scored 8 points.
Sacred Heart's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Rossville, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sacred Heart is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Berean Academy. As for Rossville, they will square off against Chapman at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
