The biggest upset of the week belonged to Wallace, who took down 47th ranked Wallace, 42-26. Zach Mann threw for 107 yards and ran for 216 yards in the win.
Medicine Valley extended the longest winning streak in D2 District 8 (8 Man) this week by beating Hitchcock County USD, 84-26. The victory was the fifth in a row for the Raiders.
Brady's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Cole Viter helped Brady's passing attack out by catching one ball for 18 yards.
Troy Lusk was the best wideout in the league this week as the Eagles topped the Wildcats. Lusk tallied two receptions for 76 yards.
Next week's game between Brady and Hayes Center will feature a tantalizing aerial matchup as Mann tests his arm against Seth Gohl's defensive ability. So far this year Andy Seamann's team's Mann has 692 yards and two touchdowns to his credit, while Gohl has notched three interceptions for the Cardinals.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Wallace takes on the Falcons. At the moment, Derek Hutchison's team is in second, while Hitchcock County USD is in third.
Medicine Valley took down Jarod Albers's team 84-26 last week, the largest margin of any game.
