Basketball Game Preview: Christel House Eagles vs. Triton Central Tigers

Having just played yesterday, the Christel House Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Triton Central Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Triton Central took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Christel House, who comes in off a win.

Christel House is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They skirted past KIPP Legacy 74-71.

Matios Russ had an outrageously good game as he made all 11 shots he took racking up 26 points and six rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was David Brigham Jr, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.

Christel House was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Triton Central was just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 52-51 to Greensburg.

Christel House will have to contain Eli Sego as he made an impact in Triton Central's last game. He went 9 of 16 on his way to 19 points and seven boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Crouse, who went 5 of 8 on his way to 13 points.

The win got Christel House back to even at 3-3. As for Triton Central, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as both are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Christel House hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 56.8 points per game. However, it's not like Triton Central struggles in that department as they've been averaging 56.4 points.
