McDonald waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Lowellville Rockets 15-4. The Blue Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by ten runs or more this season.

McDonald got a massive performance out of Ruger Komives, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Those three RBI gave Komives a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Srock, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

McDonald always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matchups.

McDonald's record now sits at 12-3. As for Lowellville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. McDonald is set to take on their familiar foe Springfield at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Blue Devils 2.3, the Tigers 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Lowellville will square off against rival Jackson-Milton at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
