Sunrise Mountain's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Addison Wiemann, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 14 rebounds. Jaden Maza was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five rebounds.
Willow Canyon's defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-6. As for Sunrise Mountain, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.
