Intermountain Christian had won eight straight at home, but on Friday they bumped up to 14-1 to make it nine. They blew past the American Heritage Patriots 20-10. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by eight runs or more this season.

As for American Heritage, they now have a losing record of 8-9. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For American Heritage's part, Adam Lee made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in all four of his plate appearances with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Lee is becoming a predictor of the Patriots' success: when he posts at least three RBI the team is 2-1 (and 6-8 when he doesn't).
