Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Byers). They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 81-53 blowout they got against the Myrtle Hawks. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 57-48 back in December of 2024.

Byers' win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-8. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36.7 points. As for Myrtle, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Byers will face off against Strayhorn at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Byers is facing Strayhorn at the right time seeing as Strayhorn is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Myrtle, they will take on Pine Grove at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
