Cedar Creek barely beat Navarro the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 14-6 win on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won eight contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Cedar Creek and bumps their season record up to 9-11. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 8 runs in those games. As for Navarro, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Looking ahead, Cedar Creek is taking a road trip to face off against McCallum at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Navarro, they will host Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
