Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sanford). They claimed a resounding 76-6 victory over the Soroco Rams. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 23 points or more this season.

Sanford pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.6 points per game. As for Soroco, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Sanford and Sierra Grande will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. Sierra Grande has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Soroco, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rangely at 4:00 p.m. on January 11, 2025.
