It was a good run, but the Prattville Christian Academy Panthers unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 56-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Wilcox Central. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Prattville Christian Academy of the 77-56 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture two weeks ago.
Wilcox Central got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jamarius Packer out in front who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Packer hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Ronald Harris, who scored 12 points.
Prattville Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 15-14. As for Wilcox Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season.
Prattville Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Wilcox Central also has no future games currently scheduled.
