After two games on the road, World of Inquiry is heading back home. They will take on the Wilson Magnet Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully World of Inquiry focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Wednesday.
While it was all tied up 20-20 at halftime, World of Inquiry was not quite the Tigers' equal in the second half on Wednesday. World of Inquiry fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 52-49.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Jaedon Adams, who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Junayde Richardson, who scored four points along with 12 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Wilson Magnet scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 90-40 win over Early College at home. That 50 point margin sets a new team best for Wilson Magnet this season.
World of Inquiry has not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Wilson Magnet, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-12.
