Valor Christian had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Valor Christian was led to victory by  Mason Walters and  Renn Bailey.  Walters  had 14  digs, while  Bailey  had eight  digs and two  aces. That's the most  aces  Bailey has posted  over his last five  matches.
 They weren't the only good server: Valor Christian  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 11  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least six  aces in four consecutive  contests.
Valor Christian's record is now 16-8. As for Poudre,  with the  defeat, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-5.
 Coming up, Valor Christian will head out on the road to  face off against  Mountain Vista  at 3:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Golden Eagles will roll in looking for their  11th straight  win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. Poudre does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
